Has anyone else got the same problem ???

no mine is fine, have you tried turning off your sky box and leaving it unplugged for a minute and then plug it in again and turn on sky box, so it can reset itself, usually this works for me if the screen frezees or the sky plus too, also if that doesnt work check that your sky viewing card is securely in place and hasnt become loose as when this happened I also lost the irish channels

Yes got the viewing card about a month ago. Was working perfect before went on holidays. Try the old fashioned method of turning it on and off when i get home.
