Just wondering has anyone completed this yet?

Im stuck on one maybe two to complete it so need a bit of help-both these intersect each other so maybe thats why im a little stuck. Anyway your help is greatly apreciated....

I was stuck on this one for a while also I think its Samaritans.

I had just one clue to go and firefox crashed!!! This is the second time. My husband accidently rebooted once already when I was over half way through. It's personal now. To restart or not to restart?
