It's a scam.

The whole add is an externally hosted image so they change it afterwords.

I was wondering about that, what would be the point of a scam site with Paypal as you would not receive the funds from EBAY - feel sorry for anyone falling for this - then again 50" plasma for €54 with free P&P - suppose any buyer deserves whatever is coming to them (and it's definitely not a TV!)

Paypal scams are easy as pie. You just make two Paypal acounts and as soon as you get the money you transfer it to the other account. Paypal can only reward the person who was scammed money out of the account in which he paid the money into. However, this account would be empty as the scammer would transfer money out of it instantly, therefore, even if you did win a Paypal dispute, you'd never see any dosh coming your way.


Personally, i think this thread shouldn't be locked, and should be moved to online buying and stickied for a week or two. Anyone who sees the thread on here is bound to read at least one or two of the replies before bidding.
