powewave cr16m -alarm keypad-help please

    hi
    i have a wireless alarm in my house, the battery was gone in one of the bedroom window sensors and when i took it out, the alarm beeped once and the word TROUBLE came up on the keypad display, i cant turn on my alarm now , im wondering does anyone know how to reset the system etc, the guy who installed the alarm has retired and doesnt return calls for help sadly, the company was KARTEL security in cork city, i have rang a few alarm companys in the city but they dont seem to want to know and if they will come out its €80+vat , just to look at it for me.:confused:

    The reason for this is because the panel cant see this sensor which has no battery in it.
    Bring the battery to your electric supplier and he should be able to get you a new battery.
    I would replace all the batteries in the sensors if one has gone as they will all need replacing around the same time.
    It sounds like you have a visionic alarm panel so they should reset once you change the batteries and put your code into panel.
