Kite surfing in England??

    Hi all, this is my first post (so it's very exciting). Just was wondering if anyone could recommend somewhere in southwest england that might be good for kite surfing, have seen places in Devon/ Cornwall area but really unsure if they are likely to get good winds, I am hoping to go over to england for a week at the end of september and myself and my cousin (she lives in England) were interested in getting kite surfing lessons over there- we will both be beginners, but it just looks like so much fun!! Thanks :)
