Tiger Woods 10 Refusing to load.

Just bought TW10 and the game is refusing to load. The message "an error has occurred please eject the game..." keeps popping up. Brought back the game for a replacement and the same thing is happening. The console isn't modded. Has anyone any ideas?

Is it just TW10? Are other games working ok?

Downloaded the latest firmware and that did the trick. It was the only game that was affected.
