[Available] UCD off-campus accommodation

Hey all,

Just to let any one know we have a house off campus that we are renting, its like a 10 minute walk to ucd max, and the house is in a really good location and great estate,

Ill get to the most important things first,
Its right beside a pub an off licence and a spar.

Now for the house,

6 bedroom - 6 bathroom semi detached house.

All bedrooms are large 4 bedrooms have en suites.

large south facing garden, loads of parking outside.

Internet and Tv also the house is equipped with nintendo Wii Dvd players PS3's and all other appliances such as DJ decks and surround sound.

Its a newly renovated home, so all furniture and appliances are modern like 2 years old tops!

at the moment we are looking for 1 house mate we have 3 guys and 2 girls at the moment all studying in UCD and all from different backrounds, 1 Dublin, 2 Carlow, 1 Galway, 1 kildare.

the rent is only €390 per month so its cheaper than UCD and we will be happy to show any body around.

there is also two washing machines 1 tumble dryer and loads of clothes horses etc... electricty bills and GAs bills will be pretty cheap as we have aske dthe landlord to change over to the new Bord Gas Scheme and considering there is 6 of us we expect to pay no more than 25€ each a month on gas electricty internet and Ntl, which is pretty good,

ideally we would like a girl to even out the house but its not that important.
