Contact your old school. They should have it in your file.
If they don't, which would be unusual, you can apply to the SEC for a statement of your results.

    From the SEC site:
The State Examinations Commission holds records of the following examination results:

    Intermediate Board Examination Results 1879-1924

    Junior Grade
    Middle grade
    Senior grade

    Department of Education 1925-2002
    Inter Certificate 1925-1991
    Group Certificate 1947-1991
    Junior Certificate 1992-2002
    Leaving Certificate 1924 -2002
    Leaving Certificate Applied 1997 - 2002

    State Examinations Commission 2003 onwards
    Leaving Certificate
    Junior Certificate
    Leaving Certificate Applied

    State Examinations Commission Leaving Certificate 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008
    Junior Certificate 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008
    Leaving Certificate Applied Certificate 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008

There is a charge of €13.50 for each statement of results. Payment can be made by cheque or postal order made payable to the State Examinations Commission.

Exemption: At present there is no charge for Statements of Results for 2006, 2007 and 2008

There are different ways one can apply for a Certified Statement of their results.

On line ordering of Statement of Results click here

    or

Examination candidates can click here to download an application form to request a certified statement of their own examination results

    or

    alternatively apply in writing to:

    Statements Section
    State Examinations Commission,
    Cornamaddy,
    Athlone,
    Co. Westmeath.

    The application must include the following details;
