Insulation job in rooms upstairs...

    Hi people.

I am going to get bedrooms and all walls upstairs in the house along with the attic insulated. I am an amateur when it comes to this stuff but I just want to know what I'm asking for if I speak to someone about doing this for me... so patience required if I sound stoooopid.

    1) Would TW56 be suitable for the external and internal cavity walls?

    2) Is plasterboard and rockwool sufficient for partition walls? Or would kingspan make sense for that too?

    3) I'll get the attic done while I'm at it... I am assuming that replacing the rockwool up there is the quickest most practical way of doing this?? I'd say the rockwool up there must be there 30 years+

    Thanks.
