hey i'm a 3rd yr college student going into 4th yr in september. i have never applied for a grant but have just found out my college fees are supposed to b €1500 this yr. have tried looking at the different websites and i cant really follow them. can anyone help me?... do u have to have been getting the grant since first…

Has a downloadable form, you can get a grant for any year, call you local office for info.
