Personally I love peeling oranges, I usually try to make a game out of it. See how long I make an individual peel before it breaks off. I haven't yet managed to get the whole orange off in one go :(

No I hate it. Usually make a mess of it, hence why I don't eat oranges alot of the time.

    Tinned mandarins ftw.

    It's a chore, not really a pleasure.
Especially when you get sprayed in the face with juice!

But to get back on topic...
    :p

I love doing it, so much so I bring a bag of them to work every day and wander about peeling oranges and leaving them about the place like some kind of orange poo monster.

Love it. Especially when I peel it to look like this...

I am presuming that this is a thinly disguised anti-unionist thread - God knows, there is no other earthly reason why someone would post this.:(

I love peeling oranges. When I'm not peeling oranges it's all I can think of. When am I going to peel my next orange? Where am I going to get my next orange to peel from?? Who's going to give me the orange so I can peel it??

I think I may have to book myself in somewhere.

No. In fact I have quite the dislike to all things oranges. Horrible disgusting things make me shiver

I rarely buy oranges with the skins on. I prefer to buy the much more popular, pre-peeled and squished variety.

I hate peeling oranges because the rind jams up under my thumb nails and it hurts, plus your hands smell like oranges for ages.

They have gloves for peeling potatoes. Maybe with some funding they could get you ones for oranges?

I love oranges, peeling them is actually quite enjoyable. Especially when you manage to get all the peel off in one piece

OP do you sing this to yourself when peeling the oranges?

    That would be exceptionally classy..

Don't like peeling them...I like oranges but I hate having the smell off my hands hence my reluctance to peel..it's similar to ketchup or Skips - I like both but don't like having a smell of either off my hands. It could be avoided if I just stopped sniffing them but I find if I have a 'smell' off my fingers I'm compelled to keep sniffing them 'til I can get access to soap and water:(...that happen anyone else?

I tried to describe that above but couldn't remember the word rind so just cut it out xD So yes I agree.

If you roll an orange with the palm of your hand applying firm but not to firm pressure it actually causes the skin to seperate making it easier to peel.

Better still get the women to do it. She needs the practice

Peeling the shroud off a glistening bell end is much better in my opinion.
