    yes dell are ok.

On a side note to give perspective, I'm looking to buy a vehicle, which one should i go for? I'm looking for a car.

Dell are good for low end pcs (cheap and nicely built) but higher end spec can get over priced

They're pretty much all the same.
So long as you know that if you buy a branded PC then expanding, spare parts and upgrades will be a pain.

So if i wanted something thats easy to upgrade what do you recommend?

    Build it yourself.
Its just glorified lego, once you have matching parts.
