DCU - Part time H-DIP

    Hi,

I am starting the part time H-Dip September. I currently work full time and I have secured my placement. My job have agreed for me to go part time but due to a messy teaching timetable they may not be able to suit my hours. Does anyone know if you can claim Job seekers allowance while looking for an alternative part-time job?

Any advice is much appreciated :)

You'd be better off asking in the State Benefits forum. I'd guess no though as you'd be enrolled in education but as it's part time I'm not really sure.
