    From ICPSA website:
In a major development in coach education the ICPSA's High Performance Director and ISSF licenced coach Kevin Kilty has recently been appointed as the new shotgun instructor at the ISSF Training Academy.

Kevin takes over from Norway's Per Bjørnar Moen and will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the shotgun workshops and syllabus across the academy's three coaching licences. This is a great personal achievement for Kevin and reflects well on his work with the ICPSA High Performance programme and his personal standing within the ISSF and the international shooting community.

"It's a wonderful opportunity to work with many of the world's great shooting coaches and to have a direct influence in how they progress professionally as international coaches. I take over from my good friend and mentor Per Bjørnar Moen whose commitment to coaching and whose great influence within our sport I would hope to continue."

    Quite an achievment!

Hope you don't mind Half-cocked, but I thought that was such a big thing that I tarted it up a bit.
And yes, it's a hell of an achievement. Irish shotgun shooters are now so widely recognised that we're teaching the world how to coach shotgun shooting!
Not bad in a country where the majority of shotgun shooters don't even progress past DTL or Sporting!

Fair play to Kevin, he deserves it. He's done wonders for Irish shooting over the past few years.

That is some achievement. Kevin has taken volunteerism to the absolute limit and this recognition is just reward for all the time, money and effort he has put into his sport.

    Congratulations and well deserved!
