    Posted here before. Looking to get a 2004 Saab 93 or 2004 VW Passat.
    I currently have 04 BMW530 New model 65000 Miles Auto etc. What kind of trade in would i be likely to get from Garage??

    i'm assuming it's a 530d ... I would imagine you would be offered between €17k - €19k depending on condition and spec.

    The fact that you are looking to trade down won't do you any favours, sell the 530 privately and then go and do a deal with cash in the pocket.

    Cheapest on Carzone is €13,000, but there's no way a dealer would give you anything near that. Sell it privately or you'll lose thousands.

    I love this guy's optimism though :D

    I was only getting about 12k for a 2004 e60 525d auto with great spec a few weeks ago so decided to keep it. Really anything above 2 litre they dont want to know
