Question on name change on title deeds

    just asking a question can you change a name on a title deeds on a property even tho there would be a mortgage still out on it. and if so what sort of fees would you be looking at.

    and before you ask i know the person who`s name be on the mortgage will still be paying the loan off.
    just to have an idea before i talk to a solicitor.

    talk to lending institution first. Unless they agree it will not happen.
