    I am just wondering about the sunglasses you buy on holidays the fake kind... do they have any UV protection or are they made out of recycled coke bottles....?

    I imagine adding uv protection would add to the cost so they'd leave that out to keep the costs down.

    Some of them do. I bought a pair on hols and was quite surprised that it had UV protection.

    I think there was a little sticker on the lens stating this.
