I hate lipsy personally. Find their materials cheap and their dresses tacky. They can get it right every once in a while but in general I find it to be expensive tart clothes

I really cant stand fake jewels on clothes (no offence to anyone). I just think they ruin what could be a nice dress by putting big fake diamonds and purple gems on them.

I find the total opposite with their sizes. I'm a 12 with C-D cup boobs and find the boobs loose fitting. I have 2 size 10 lipsy dresses - the rest are all 12's I really don't think they're small.

Anyone else hear that there's gonna be a shop that stocks Lipsy in Liffey Valley soon?

It'll probably only have a really small selection but still :D

went into lipsy in dundrum couple of weeks ago, was very disapointed, the clothes look great online but in reality i thought they were very cheap looking and the dresses are serrriiosly short!
saw today that they stock them in arnotts in the jervis street centre where debenhams used to be.

I really like lipsy. Theres a shop in Drogheda called Ciel in the shopping centre in the town (not scotch hall). They've a good enough selection and prices aren't bad either.

I agree. The clothes look amazing in the magazines but I was very disappointed when I saw them in the shop - fecking miniscule!

The material was not good quality and the dresses will be out of shape after a few wears. Sorry, but I am not spending what little spare cash I have on tat like that. :(

I'm a 32D. I have one Lipsy dress in a 12 which is very loose around the bust. However, I tried on another dress and the 12 was just right around the bust so it's not always the same, depends on the style of dress.

I do think the sizes are teeny tiny. I agree that some of the fabrics look and feel pretty cheap but the dress which I posted the link to it's pretty good quality. It was £65 in a posh department store in wimbledon.

gotta agree, thats ones really funky!
in general tho, i think lipsys very hit or miss. with a lot more miss than hit! its mostly glorified tack!

i think lipsy is like a dear version of magic :-)can be very tacky at times but i will admit iv bought a few bits,im into funky stuff not the whole jewels and stuff, original posters dress is lovely and i think their sizes are ok,i find it hard to get stuff to fit my boobs anyway so kinda stick with skirts a lot here's the skirt i wore :-) bought it during the week
