How much money would be enough to bring to Vegas for 4 nights? I dont plan on going on a mad gaming holiday, but i do like to gamble for fun.

Depends where you go. Do you mean just to gamble? Most places have price ranges from 1c - $100 per bet, and there's no shortages of places that go higher.

There are loads of shows all the time to, and they usually cost between $10-25, but may go higher.

Same goes for everything really! Bring only what you want to spend and pace yourself.

Bring as much as you like but I suggest stopping when you've lost $100 per night. If you have a set limit you'll know when to walk away.

it depends on where you plan to stay/gamble/eat in vegas. las vegas can be the cheapest or most expensive place in america depending on where you go in town

if you spend most of your time on fremont street (ie downtown) you can gamble for next to nothing for hours, penny slots are found easily and $3 blackjack, craps and roulette are everything, on the strip places like tropicana, riveria, imperial palace and sahara hotel have $5 a hand blackjack, i have played $3 roulette in gold coast hotel which is about half a mile off strip

its the same for food, expect to pay at least $20 for a burger in bellagio and about $15 for a vodka/coke in a wynn/bellagio/venetian nightclub/bar, while across the road at casino royale you can pick up $1 beer, downtown you can get 3 course prime rib dinners in places like the california and fremont hotels for about $8

you can pay $100 a ticket for one of the main comedy/magic headliners on the strip like blue man group/david copperfield or $150 per ticket for something like LOVE or O by cirque or you watch macking (who imo is the best show in town) for the price of a drink when you sign up for a harrahs clubcard

Drinks are free if your gambling!!! We only figured that out on our last night there last year:rolleyes:

If your sitting at slots or a table wait for waitresses to take drinks orders and you just tip 1-2$ then. We were paying 15$ for vodka and coke in the venetian until we figured that out!

There's a nice cafe in the ventian called 'cafe deluxe' staff are lovely and you get loads of food. Probably the nicelst place we ate in vegas and very reasonable maybe 50$ for the two of us with a bottle of wine.

If you want to do helicopter flights to grand canyon book on a place like viator.com before you go. They will want about 500$ each for this when you get out there but it's about 200 euro (inc champagne pic-nic and limo transfers) if booked before you go out.

Hope you have fun! I love vegas going back again this year!!
