I just got a copy of autocad r14 and went through all the installation steps and i tought i had done everything right!! But everytime i try and open the programme i get a warning saying: MEM_BAD_POINTER. Can anyone please help?? Thanks p.s i am a total noob when it comes to autocad so it could be something simple :D!!

Sounds like a corrupt file.

Unistall, then re-install.

To be honest, R14 is quite old and you'll have all sort of compatibility problems. Unless you are doing all your own drawing (no files from other people and no downloading files) then I'd try get my hands on 2004 or better
