I wouldn't buy anywhere in Galway as they are so expensive, but I would try 7dayshop.com I ordered from them and it took 4 days altogether and they are really competitive.

Try upstairs in Easons on Shop St. they usually have them quite cheap!

I would have thought tescos would stock these try that tescos down the back of the Galway shopping centre.

I'd say any specialised place will overcharge you. The rest will get in the cheapest ones.

Aldi (the one next to Woodies!) have some, in the little plastic thingies next to the checkout, I think they're usually around a tenner for 2GB or so, which is as good as you'll get in Galway...

I was going to suggest the Tesco electrical place too, they've got some very nicely priced stuff.

In the same mall as the supermarket, but down past the cafe and around the corner. Open for less hours than the Tesco (maybe the same hours as the rest of the mall). They're good for cheap stationary too.

I got an SD card in Xtravision a couple of months ago, and I remember it wasn't mad expensive. Can't remember the size or price, though!

Easons have the mini SD 2gb or a 1 gb SD, both are retailing there for €7.99. The mini comes with the adapter so away you go. I got one for my daughter and one for myself just to bang in the phone to put a couple of tunes on. Cheapest I'd seen since Aldi had the same for €6.99, but they don't seem to have them any more. They had 3 or four left yesterday in Easons, upstairs beside the ink cartridges, near the checkout.
