If there was a "No" team we could make it into a bit of a race, could be good.

Do you have a route planned? I could be on for joining the Galway-Dublin bit- could you clarify the legs, e.g. is Galway-Athlone Friday 4th and Athlone-Dublin Saturday 5th?

    +1

Did you not know that North of the Galway / Dublin line has been removed from all National / Euro records so as to save money. The amount of leaflets, posters and ballot papers saved will cut the cost of the election in Half

We would love to include Donegal in our route plan, but unfortunately the timeframe hindered this. However, we welcome anyone one to join in anywhere on the Tour.

Just to confirm 4th Sept is Galway to Athlone and the 5th is Athlone to Dublin. We have an expert planning the route, which will be a scenic and we will try to keep it off main roads where possible. We will be working on it all during friday and we are really excited about it.

Once we have the route further nailed down, email me your details at aislinn@irelandforeurope.ie, one of the team will contact you.

Donegal is not the only county north of thr G/D line.Do the following not count Mayo, Sligo Leitrim.Louth ,Longford,Cavan , Monaghan. Have not mentioned the large precentage of Roscommon, Meath and Westmeath you will not go thru when travelling on the Galway /Dublin road even if you use old roads.
But as the Gov have forgotten us it is understandable that a Yes supporting group would also:D

I'd consider supporting this but I'll need to ask Joey and Baby for clarification.

Well it was always going to be the Galway stage finish that would lose out as every year they have complained about the roads.
07 had them complaining about the descent off Lallys Hill in Tourmakeady(the dual cabbage way did not go down well)Think Paidi O Brien had a crash as some euro pro could not handle the grass up the middle of the road.
08 on the run in to Galway there were numerous crashes on the roads between Moycullen and Spiddal for no apparent reason(anyone who watched may remember the South Aussie guys recovery)

And then again just like everything else if we were not forgotten by the GOV. and Europe we would have better roads:D
