Holiday Issue

    Hello,

I have booked a holiday at short notice. I did not realise that they state that a UP30 form must be handed in two weeks in advance. Will the welfare officer have a problem with me handing a form in today, 5 4 days before I leave for a period of 6 days??

    Any other options available.

    Regards,

    Jim

just go hand it in now - better sooner rather than later.

Im going on holidays next tuesday. I asked in my local social welfare office what the procedure is there and they told me to come in the day before and the day after I return. I verified this again last week when I was signing on. I think it depends on what office you are dealing with.
