Mentor / Business Partner Available

    I am looking for involvement in start-up or early stage companies as an advisor or, perhaps, as a partner. From the posts that I have read on this forum it seems that many people have ideas but need someone to talk to refine them, point out pitfalls etc.

    I worked as an IT consultant for about 15 years and then owned my own pubs and a hotel. I have worked in the UK, Spain, Romania and Ireland. I also have a Masters in Business and Entrepreneurship. Therefore I have good all round business experience and a good basic knowledge of Finance, Business Law, Marketing, Strategy etc. I have also written business plans for banks.

    If anyone wants advice, a sounding board, a little more experience then please contact me. I am happy to work on a one off basis or build a long term relationship/partnership.

    I'll keep you in mind im in the process of setting up an IT company myself. In software development. Have you worked in Software or is it more hardware networking?
