Just wondering how often everyone wears false tan.
During the Summer i went through a phase of nearly havin it on every day.
Now I just throw it on for a night out or an odd time put it on an odd day if its nice out.

Three times in my life. For my own debs, a friends debs and for a wedding. I hate fake tan!

Not a fan of the Tangoed look...
But I'm going to a wedding tomorrow & dont want to be all freckly and blue-white beside all of the other tanned girls.

Never. I'm very pale and I love it. I just don't have the patience for fake tan.

The tangoed look only applies if your wearing too much or if you dont know how to put it on properly. Also depends on the brand

I'm very pale but I do it every week, without fail and have done since I was about 17. Get a spray tan done for holidays or special occassions like a ball.

I use J*hnsons holiday skin to build up a nice tan, and the new one smells fab!

I'm so pale i'm almost see through!!

I haven't used it since I was going to a youth club disco when I was 13!!

I used to use Johnsons holiday skin but now I use dove. It takes the white glow off my skin without looking tangoed

I'm beginning to feel like I have tanorexia reading this thread!:)

I get my spray tan done every Thursday or Friday night, lasts till about the following Wednesday and then I start all over again.

Baby-G you are not alone! I put on a layer of st. tropez every Thursday and Friday and then a layer of dove on Saturday. I scrub it off the Wednesday and start over! I have the palest skin ever but people think I look weird without tan because I have always warn it.

I honestly think EVERYONE looks better with a bit of tan on, i'm not talking tangoed, just sun kissed.

I use tan on nights out, and somtimes during the week if i think of it.

I use L'Oreal one and love it. Never smuges on me. Its nice to have a little colour, but tangoed look is a big no no for me.

Do you not find the day after you smell of tan all day? That's why I only do it once a week, I hate the smell the morning after I put it on.

Nothing worse than when it's so obvious. Subtle is best.

    The orange look is awful.

One other thing I'M tired of seeing is a bride who has a fantastic 'tan' while the groom is as pale as they come. Doesn't look right.

Be very careful with it though.

As I guy I dont wear it because a) Im aussie and have a decent base colour anyway and b) ... oh god b)

    b) is the fear of ending up like this

I don't like fake tan at all.
You look fine without it! :)

It's looks great when done properly, but I couldn't be arsed. If I could afford to get it done professionally , I would.

I'll slather on some Holiday skin to get rid of the dazzling white glow, but otherwise I so couldn't be arsed with it.

It must have been about 3 or 4 years since I last wore proper fake tan :-O Jeez! :-O

I go through stages at the minute I haven't bothered in ages and I'm the palest I've been in a long time.

Few months back I did a st tropez or fake bake(myself) every week, hated the few days I had to wait to let it wear off though!

Which one are you talking about?

I used to use dove but found it streaked alot, moved to johnsons and found it much better only I hate the smell of it. Cant describe it but it's awful. I'll be delighted if there is a new one out that smells better.

I use academie bronze express and it is BRILLIANT! Just use a tanning mit and apply it..you can see the tan coming on straight away.
Its streak free and it doesn't wash off straight away but it begins to fade after you shower.

Going on holidays soon so hopefully I'll get a natural tan! Ill come home scalded or with a few freckles anyway:)
