i see some little gimp has sprayed his message of gay love for the r.i.r.a. on a wall... what a useful addition to the gene pool this little twat has proved to be. any point in contacting fingal co. co. about this or is it down to the victim (property owner) to clean it off?

As far as I'm aware, if it's on Private property then it is up to the owner to clean up if they wish to do so.

The council will only remove it if it is on council property.
