Hey.. I need help?

For some reason, I cannot get my Freesat box to show me anything.

I have a BFSAT01HD, and all the channels were showing up as not available.

I decided, thusly, to do a big re-tune.
My signal strength = 90%.. which seems good to me.
The freesat box then says "scanning signal"

After a while it returns with
"Scan failed. Press OK to try again or [BLUE] to perform frequency search"

sounds like the dish may have become misaligned.

What is the Quality like?
