Renting a Liam Carroll Apartment...

With the recent announcement of an appointment of a liquidator to companies own by Liam Carroll, I'm curious to know what happens to tenants renting directly from one his property management companies? We are currently renting an apartment, however our lease is coming up soon, so we're obviously considering our options but information for our would-be scenario is hard to come by. It's a pity if we had to move as we are happy where we are situated with a competitive lease.

Any light you guys can shed on this situation or any advice you may have would be greatly appreciated.

If the apartment is repossessed by the bank your lease will not be worth the paper it is written on

Your lease , will be fine . Who ever ends up owning your apartment whether it be a management company on behalf of the banks or an investor. They would be delighted to retain you as a tenant as this is the only way any income can be drawn from these properties. So dont worry in my opinion you are safe enough !

Realise that there may be many companies and only some of them are involved in the recent court cases.

You might however make enquiries as to whether your company is affected or not.
