installing apps

    heys guys im a total newbie with the iphone but i managed to jailbreak it last nite and install a hand full of apps. but i also had a bundle of apps downloaded onto my pc. i can add the folder to the itunes library ok and it shows up in the list of apps but when i hit sync nothing happens. it does its thing for 5 seconds and then nothing.<mod snip> sorry for the lack of detail but if anyone understands what im talking about some help would be greatly appreciated.

    Make sure you have 'sync applications' selected under the applications tab of your device in iTunes.

    yea spoon i have that check box ticked. its kinda bugging me.

    Make sure you have AppSync installed. You can download it from Cydia.

    yea i have appsync installed, i just ended up removing all the apps and resyncing them. pain in the ass i know but its the only solution i know for the time being
