Buffer tank & pump to increase mains pressure

I recently installed a combi boiler, so removed the tanks in the attic and the hotpress.
I now find that the water pressure isn't great when more than one outlet is turned on.
I think the best solution for this would be to put a new tank in the attic to act as a buffer, then use a pump to circulate that water into the system to get more pressure.
    Is that the best solution?

Sorry but it is not clear if u mean a HW buffer or a cold water buffer tank.

If u increase the flow, will the boiler be able to deliver enough hot water?

As it is illegal to pump the mains, one idea would be a cold water tank with a single pump pumping the cold water through the combi boiler and also pumping the cold around the house.

Yeah, I basically wanted to increase the flow of water to the taps so more than one can be used.
So I think a cold water tank with a pump to feed the combi and all cold water taps bar the mains in the kitchen would sort me out.

Are those pumps noisy these days? I was staying in an apartment recently which had a pump, and it was a really obtrusive noise...
