Hi, I'll kepp this brief. My deposit was due to be returned 7weeks ago (as per my contact), and it will only be returned this coming Friday. Am I entitled to the 5% (or market rate) interest for (7/52weeks)? Thanks

You could contact the small claims court - would it really be worth it?
