Fully Furnished, NTL, Wireless Internet, All Mod Cons, Big Back Garden, Recently renovated, Big Kitchen.

5 mins walk to UCD (back entrance), Luas (Green Line), Dundrum Town Centre, Gym, Cinema. Close to Ranelagh, Rathmines, Nutgrove, town, etc

Giving grave consideration to getting a foozball table and a 4x8ft paddling pool for the garden (just in case there is another sunny day this summer).

€400 a month, with bills split 3 ways quarterly (NTL, ESB and Gas Heating).
