First Date....

.... with a guy I met online, but unsure what to wear. We are going to a pub, so am thinking semi-casual. I am thinking white jeans, top and some sandles, or should I dress up a bit more with a skirt or dress? Naturally face and hair will be made over

I'm with the others, jeans all the way, dont make too much of an effort for him just yet!

I would go with darker jeans though for several reasons. For one the A/W stuff has come in and it suits the weather a lot better, two: white jeans on a first date has the potential for disaster, you could get splashed by a puddle on your way in and have to deal with the whole date with a grey soggy leg and three: dark jeans look classier should you end up going out maybe to a nightclub after. they transfer better from evening to nightime

Id definatly go for the jeans/top combo for a first date. Choose something you feel confident and beautiful in and this will radiate out.

Usually around the 5th date I bring out the skirts and dresses for a bit of wow factor. Its good to leave a little to the imagination so they'll want to see you again

I only have one pair of dark jeans, which are in need of repair, I do have stone coloured ones though, so would they work do you think for a first date?

I actually agree with insert gear about the white jeans... go for the stone colored!
