    Hi
I have a question regarding putting downlights in ceiling where there is insulation. I cant remove insulation so what is the best option?
1 Is those fire guards u cant put over downlights any good?
2 What about the transformers will they not overheat?
3 Is a better option to go for GU10 type downlights which already have a protective cover?

Thanks in advance for any opinions or replies
