Hide ebay purchases?

    Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone could let me know; is it possible to hide things you buy via ebay?

I want to get a few different christmas/birthday/etc. items off it (I know it's early to be mentioning christmas, but I'm just wondering in general) as presents for other people. Problem is that one of the people I usually buy stuff for is my brother, and we both use the same eBay account.

So i was wondering, is there any way I can delete or erase a purchased item from my buying history, without having to leave feedback immediately or ruining my chance of a refund if anything goes pear shaped?

Cheers to anyone who can help.

I doubt it. The history is a safeguard to back up claims and refunds. The purchases do disappear after a few months (I think its 6 months)

Would be fair easier and safer to start a new account.

Do you know if its possible to have two accounts set up to the same Paypal account by any chance?

No, part of eBays security is to allow one account per Paypal account

If you're sharing an account and want to keep purchases secret from the other person, you're better off setting up another eBay account. You can make the feedback on your new account private by going here:

    http://feedback.ebay.ie/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?FeedbackOption2

or by going to the Site Map and clicking on "Make Feedback Public or Private". Also, it is possible to use a PayPal account with 2 or more eBay accounts. I've done this many times.
