Speakers for MBP/ iPod

Not sure whether to post this in the "Apple Media" forum or here, but I'll try here.

I've been using a big amp and speakers as my main sound source for the last 10-15 years. I plug my iPod into it via a dock, and the MBP also when watching movies.

However, the whole set up is quite enormous, and I wouldn't mind downsizing it a bit.

Anyone have any recommendations for what to get?
I'm looking for something I can plug an iPod, MacBook and (if possible) a TV into.
I know you can get a whole range of speakers with iPod docks built-in. Do these allow other inputs also?

I have a set of Creative Gigaworks T20s (I believe there's a series II now instead) and a set of T40s - both are 2.0 sets (so much less clutter), pretty small and sound great. I use them with my Mac, HDTV and iPhone, very happy with them:

I've had the T20s for years now and use them daily, still going strong...

Have to agree with the Creative suggestion there. They are superb Desktop speakers.

Looked into them - they do look good. Any other suggestions?
Anyone have Logitech z10 - any good things to say about them?
