Hi i attended a seminar on sunday last ,Grandmaster HW Dillon was holding it on throws in sanshou it was a great seminar he covered everything from sweeps reaps hooks hip throws leg grabs and slams i will definitley take this back to my school with me it was a great diverse group of people at the workshop and i hear their will be more on the way so anyone looking to improve there takedowns this is a must ,
