Drop down calendar to feed text box

Hi guys, I currently have a need for a drop down calendar to input the correct date format into a text box. I'm currently using three down lists to input the date but this is not the best option really. I have seen loads of these calendars on websites for hotels etc but just can't seem to find the code needed! Any help…
