    Collins Barracks also has a fantastic WWI display (though they do not allow photography of it). Among the items they have are a German uniform to an Irish regiment in the German army (mega rare uniform), mg108, lots of fussiliers and inniskillings medals and uniforms and field pieces etc.

    I love those old black and whites,looking at the one of the Germans marching through the Brandenburg Gate is the one for me,looking at that and thinking I stood there myself only a couple of years back.The trusty old Kodak, wasn't it a great invention,the British tried to ban the use of these supposedly for security purposes and NOT because it showed the truth to those at home.I have a few British postcards that I'll try and post up later if I get a chance.Cheers for those ones Morlar,great stuff.

    Here's a selection of postcard photos of the Royal Army Medical Corps,two are official newspaper issued,in one theres a German soldier amongst the British wounded,also a letter written in 1917 on official R.A.M.C paper.
