Goodman TV fault

Hi All I have a Goodman LCD TV model type GTVL19W19HD and when I turn it on the picture goes after a few seconds and all I am left with is sound. I left it in to a TV repair shop but they cant find the fault. Any help appreciated. Regards Storm 10
