Need some help about the grants

heya everybody I just need some help and pretty quick too
Getting my Leaving cert results on Wed. and I really need a help with the grants how to apply and all. Ive being going to same secondary school for past 5 years(skipped TY) in Co.Dublin ,but since February I have moved to Co.Louth and I need an address of the office which should I go to talk about my grants like because my college is in Dublin city and I have to talk to them about the Income of my home like because I dont live with my parents and em still *underage* like
