Extra channels appearing

    Anyone else getting extra channels on Sky tonight. While I dont have a sub for a couple of the packages I just discovered a little while ago that I can view all the music channels, national geographic etc and of course TCM which I lost last year.

    I have all stations except movies and sport, but no change on them.

    Cant see it as Im the only one who would normally do that and the only one that knows the password - not sure if they ask for a password if there was an upgrade. It seems as if a couple of extra mixes have been added. The only change I made in recent times was to subscribe to ESPN.

    You might have upgraded to ESPN + Entertainment Pack. Entertainment pack seems to be a new collective name for all six mixes I think. although I stand to be corrected.

    That is exactly what happened apparently. I got a letter this morning with the new pricing and it was stating that I had the "entertainment pack" which is all 6 mixes whereas I should only have had 2 mixes.

    Rang them and of course was given a lower figure but what seems to have happened was (and I have no idea why) when I tried to add the ESPN to my package using their web site I got a message saying to contact their customer services or some other department by telephone to have ESPN added. I did this and that was that.

    During my phone call to them this morning they told me that the ESPN request had went through online together with an upgrade of all 6 mixes. I didnt add any extra mixes so I havent a clue as to why it showed up that way. Anyhow after getting nowhere with the girl I was talking to I asked for a manager he duly obliged by setting my package the way I wanted it.
