Assuming it was in stock, they normally process bike orders within 1 day, and despatch a day later. It then depends on the delivery company, and where you are based, but my recent bike order took another 3 days to be delivered, although they have been quicker delivering other items.

Ordered on Wednesday, arrived on Friday (not a bike though). Not always that fast, but always within five days...... so far.

    DFD.

With Wiggle, my priority dispatch items have *always* taken over a week to arrive, usually closer to two weeks. Last lot I decided to stuff the priority dispatch, three days later the stuff arrived. Go figure.

"Processed" means it "will be picked up from Wiggle within one working day and should be delivered to you 1-2 days after that" according to the e-mail I got from them on my recent Focus Cayo order.

On the VAT point, you still pay the UK rate of 15%, and therefore are saving 6.5% compared to delivery in Ireland.

I ordered bike on a Tuesday (early July) and it was processed on a thursday and arrived in Galway on Monday afternoon.
The box it comes in is big, length and height of the bike, just snip two cable ties and mount the handlebars.

My first order I didn't choose Priority dispatch and paid with a credit card, ordered on a Monday got the stuff Wednesday morning with a "Euro 48" service!

My second order I checked Priority dispatch and paid with Paypal and after a week I am still waiting for this.

So the trick, apparently, is either uncheck Priority or use a credit card rather than Paypal.

Can be hit and miss. I emailed them saying I had Euro 48 on a package that took 10 days to arrive and they would be due a refund from the shipper. They emailed back a snotty reply saying I wasn't due a refund as I only selected free delivery.
I responded back saying there is only the option of free delivery AND I paid for priority dispatch AND I wasn't asking for money, only trying to help them. They didn't bother responding to that one.

2 day delivery to Cork, non priority with paypal payment. No probs so far with them.
