Some of the features include:
-Houses Made from Re-fabricated FTL ships
-24 security by Centurions
-Residents Association full of familiar faces
-Full amenities including, schools, religious centres for the one true god and also regular fly-ins by military aircraft carriers

Even it was exactly like in the series it would still be better than where I live at the moment!
