Speed enforcement on old N routes - more or less?

With the outbreak of motorways with 120 km/h limits it seems to me there may be less scope for the Gardai to hoover up revenue for the state coffers. Is there any evidence to suggest that there are now more or fewer speed traps on the parallel N routes esp those running alongside tolled roads/sections?
