    1.Tony McCoy
    1.Ruby
(dont need to explain the reasons for this)
3.Paul Carberry - poetry in motion in the sadle and gets horses into a great rythm and plays the waiting game excellently
    4. Timmy Murphy - same as carberry really
    5. Richard Johnson - geat drive and passion for his job and doesnt make to many mistakes when in the saddle.

Paul townend will defo be in my list within the next few years. Hes in the mould of ruby and has no fear. Destined for greatness imo

How anyone has Geraghty in their list is beyond me!! He falls off so easily and puts up more dog rides than anyone. I never back him as i think i'd get any chance whatso ever.

You'd be confident with AP on a 100/1 as u know he'll give 100% and earn his riding fee.

Mine would closely mirror the jockeys mentioned in previous posts.
However, I would make room for Noel Fehilly also -- a rider I always like to see aboard one of my fancies.

I'm rating them more from a punting perspective, although I do think Ruby is the jockey.

Agreed with the other posters on Townend. Like him a lot.

I think we are in something of a golden era for the quality of jump jockeys.

Hard to split these two, you'd be more than happy to have either of them on your horse.

    3.Robert Thornton
    4.Barry Geraghty
    5.Davy Russell

    3 - Choc
4 - Paddy Brennan (still very under-rated imo)
    5 - Carberry
