    Does anyone know of anyone or anywhere in the laois area that irish classes, grinds or conversational irish maybe be offered or taking place?

    yeah, methinks you should head to the irish night!

    There are classes in the school in the evenings, but not sure when they start

    I have had a couple of those interviews - there are preparation courses available not sure where you can do it in Laois but any good grinds school should be able to prepare you and help you prepare conversational topics.
