American Dad - I hate Steve!

I love American Dad, better than Family Guy even but my god I hate that kid.
I hate the way he looks and I hate his stupid squeaky voice!
Can they not have an episode where his voice breaks and they put a bag over his head?

And why (like Chris in FG) does he look nothing like the rest of the family?

They way is shrieks "AWESOME" all the time makes me want to ram an apple in down his neck. Or an oinon.

I love the Aluminutti one where he keeps shouting and Stan shouts back.

If they toned his squealy voice down a bit he might be bearable.

Now let me get this straight, you find the fact that the son, a cartoon drawing, doesn't look like his parents is weird ?:eek:

I dont mind Steve at all, i find the scenes with him and roger are reall funny, some of the best in the show. he is probably my least favourite of the family but i still find him tolerable, i dont mind watching an episode that is centred on him

A lot of the characters started off annoying but became funnier, Steve just got worse.

Steve is ok, I prefer him to Chris, but every episode now seems to involve him having to win Stan's love and approval only for them to complete forget about it the following week. I half expect one of them to comment on how familiar it all seems.. He's way overused compared to Hayley and Klaus.

I remember reading somewhere that he was originally designed to be even more ugly and annoying than he is now!

Yeah because the animators shoulda just copied the drawings for the dad and made him look like him, tis not like they hired the cheapest actor to play him.

The talking fish and alien are explained, Steve is not haha

Yeah he was but they decided he was too like Neil Goldman in FG.

I suppose they took the focus off Hayley because they were in danger of going into "Lisa" territory with her.

I like the one where Roger tricks her and Francine into fighting tho.

Aw man I think Steve is the best character in the show. Especially when theres a story line between him and Roger. Wheels and the leg man being my favourite. O and when they move to New York, quantam rape haha.
