Room to rent for rehearsal

    Hi all,

    We have a room to rent monthly for rehearsal we offer:

    2 days a week

    Drumkit

    Pa

    Free parking

    Toilet

    Discounted rates on recording.

    Room is located in Drumcondra (Dublin 9) five mins from city centre,close to the following bus route:

    11/13A/41ABC/16/746/3

    Price is 250E per month plus a deposit of 100E

    The room is fully soundproof ,if any drummer with a neighbourhood issue need a room for practice we rent at a lower price send a message for info.
