    Hello all.

I recently got some stamps that were in the family. Some of these are very old and unused. I have tried to find out about them but with little success. There are a few from japan or china and are reallly old.
I was wondering if anyone on here knew someone in the south of ireland who might be able to identify them. I can put up photos if it helps. Thanks.

hi, best place to start if you want to research them yourself is 'stanley gibbons' books, that will give you cat. values for them.

Im no expert on stamps myself, but do collect and sell some from time to time. If you have any older english victoria stamps or more recent in the collection, 1840 onwards, then id probably be able to give you some idea of what ones to follow up on.

If you like, send me pics and ill have a look, all the best...
